Accounting provider for mobile and web application developer

Mobile and web application developer is looking for an accounting provider.\r\n\r\n- We accept payments via Stripe (less than 100 invoices per month, some increase can be expected in around 3 months).\r\n\r\n- Average invoice amount is around 10-20 EUR.\r\n\r\n- We also need to handle payments to our development teams (they are NOT in-house employees).\r\n\r\n- There is no VAT yet.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWe want our accounting provider to close annual reporting, keep records, get VAT on time and start the monthly reporting process.\r\n\r\nLanguage requirements: Estonian, English and Russian\r\n\r\nCompany location: Tallinn, Estonia.
